                    Local-First Privacy Guarantee: We respect your privacy and follow a strict "Local-First" data architecture. Your business estimates, window measurements, client lists, quotations, and accounting ledgers are stored STRICTLY on your local device storage. We do not transmit, view, or store your business data on external servers.
                

1. Information We Collect & Store

We limit data collection to the minimum required to provide authentication and subscription functionality:

Account Profile Data: When you log in via Firebase Authentication (Email/Google Sign-In), we store your Email Address, Full Name, and unique User Identifier for login management.
Subscription Information: Your active plan details (Free, Pro, Business) and Google Play transaction IDs are stored to activate and verify premium features.
Local Device Data: All projects, client profiles, window design configurations, PDF files, and accounting entries remain on your local device.

2. App Permissions Requested

FabQMaker requests specific device permissions to enable specific features:

Microphone Permission: Required only for the optional Voice Assistant feature to input window dimensions verbally.
Storage / Media Permission: Required to save generated quotation PDFs, backup files, and custom logos/signatures to your device.
Google Drive Permission (Optional): Only requested if you choose to perform a cloud backup to your personal Google Drive account. We never have access to your Drive files.

3. Third-Party Services Used

FabQMaker integrates trusted Google services to facilitate core operations:

Firebase Authentication: For secure user sign-in and session management.
Google Play Billing: For processing in-app subscriptions and transactions securely.
Google AdMob: To serve advertisements in the free tier of the app.

4. Data Security & User Control

Because your business records stay on your local device, you retain 100% ownership and control over your data. We do not sell, share, or analyze your clients' contact information or quotations.

5. Account & Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to delete your account profile at any time. You can request account deletion in-app via Profile Settings → Delete Account or through our online deletion portal.

Firebase Auth user profiles scheduled for deletion have a 90-day grace period, during which logging back in will restore the account.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FabQMaker application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Calculation Accuracy & User Responsibility

FabQMaker is an estimation and quotation tool designed to assist fabricators and business owners in estimating costs, glass measurements, and invoice totals.

                        Important Disclaimer: While we strive for absolute calculation precision, the User is solely responsible for verifying final GST amounts, material cutting dimensions, glass sizes, and price totals before issuing official documents or ordering materials. FabMistry shall not be liable for any financial losses or material wastage resulting from calculation errors or incorrect user inputs.
                    

3. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Payments: All payments and subscription plans are processed securely through Google Play Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your Google Play Store account settings.
Refunds: All refund requests are subject to Google Play Store refund policies. Refund amounts, if approved, are capped at the maximum subscription amount paid for that specific period.

4. Acceptable Use of Service

You agree not to use FabQMaker for any unlawful activities, generation of fraudulent financial documents, or unauthorized copying/reverse engineering of the application's design, calculation engines, or assets.

5. Limitation of Liability

FabQMaker is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall FabMistry be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
